A Special Couples Session: Capturing Love with a Maui Photographer

Aloha, everyone! I want to share a heartwarming story of a couples session I had the pleasure of capturing. Laura and Denis, an inspiring couple from Canada, reached out to me in search of a Maui photographer who could encapsulate their enduring love and partnership in a series of memorable images.

As a Filipino photographer raised in Maui, I've always been drawn to the raw beauty of this island and the love stories that unfold here. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Laura and Denis, two individuals who have worked tirelessly to build a strong friendship at the core of their marriage.

Laura and Denis lead busy lives, juggling career responsibilities and raising their three children. But amid the hustle and bustle, they've always prioritized their relationship, relishing the precious moments of alone time together. Be it a quiet walk in the woods, trying out a new restaurant, or even doing mundane tasks like going to Costco for gas, they enjoy being in each other's company.

These two are lovers of the outdoors. While Denis tends to be more adventurous, they both share a mutual love for mountain biking, nature walks, and enjoying good meals together. In addition to these shared hobbies, they also serve as youth and mission trip leaders at their church, a testament to their generous spirits and commitment to their community.
